Have you ever found yourself questioning the dynamics of the traditional relationship structure we’ve inherited?  Are you interested in creating more freedom or better communication in your relationships?  Are you interested in exploring different types of relationships?

This class is for singles or couples, people in committed monogamous relationships and those who are interested in exploring non-monogamous relationships.  We will:

* Discuss the historical roots of our traditional relationship structure.
* How to build more trust and freedom in any relationship.
* How to think outside the box and create your own rules and relationship style.
* Tips on compassionate communication.
* Tips for dealing with jealousy and fear.
